Silva + Havens designs spaces. Our beginning was in advocating for the adoption of the ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) code amendment in Tucson, aiming to streamline the creation of affordable, high-quality housing. When the City of Tucson launched a competition for pre-approved ADU designs, we took the opportunity to ensure that a diverse range of exceptional, accessible options would be available to the public. Today, we are proud to have our design featured among the 10 models in the city’s official library.
Our studio’s work is centered around urban infill solutions and the creative exploration of materials and form. We specialize in crafting spaces that balance innovation with practicality, and our projects reflect a commitment to building better, more sustainable urban environments.
